Labourer - Hatfield
We are currently looking for a reliable and hard-working Labourer to join one of our long-standing and highly valued clients on a Co-operative store refit. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a client who is known for delivering high-quality projects and maintaining exceptional standards on every site.
As a Labourer, you will play an important role in supporting the site team and ensuring the project runs smoothly. Duties will include assisting various trades, moving materials, keeping the site clean and organised, and carrying out general labouring tasks as required. We are looking for someone who is proactive, willing to get stuck in, and happy to help wherever needed.

They are looking for individuals who are dependable, punctual, have a strong work ethic, and take pride in contributing to a successful project. This role involves 12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, from 7:00am to 7:00pm, so applicants must be comfortable working these hours.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Asbestos Awareness certificate (essential – guidance can be provided if required)
- Previous labouring experience within a construction or refurbishment environment
- Hard-working with a positive, can-do attitude
- Reliable, punctual and committed to completing the job to a high standard
- Physically fit and happy to carry out manual work
- Able to work well as part of a team and follow site instructions
- Committed to maintaining a safe, clean and professional working environment
